Your military service gave you the tools you needed to survive & thrive in a high-tempo, high-stress environment, let us show you how to show up mindfully and let go of the stress.


This self-paced modular course gives you the tools and knowledge on how to reframe your mindset and develop a mindfulness practice through yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation. The program also includes journal prompts to give you the space to pause, reflect and reset.
