A Specialized Retreat for Active Duty Military, Veterans and Spouses
Leave the uniform behind and unwind with like-minded individuals who are looking for new ways to manage stress and thrive both during and after your time serving.
We offer a unique opportunity for active duty military personnel, veterans, and their spouses to engage in a self-discovery and self-awareness journey. This program includes customized yoga and somatic practices, as well as workshops designed to help manage stress. All of this takes place in the company of like-minded individuals, creating an environment that fosters growth and community.
Your military service gave you the tools you needed to thrive in a high-tempo, high-stress environment, let us show you how to show up mindfully and let go of the stress. This retreat is designed to help you find a deeper connection with yourself and manage stress in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through daily yoga and somatic practices, you will learn to cultivate awareness and presence in your body, mind, and spirit. Our customized workshops will provide you with practical tools and techniques to help you manage stress and improve your overall well-being, and most of all, have fun!
But this retreat isn't just about personal growth. It's also about building a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to living a more conscious and intentional life. You'll have ample opportunities to connect with other participants, share your experiences and insights, and build supportive relationships that will last well beyond the retreat.

- This retreat is a co-ed retreat. However, the shared sleeping arrangements are not. If you choose a shared accommodation, you’ll be assigned to either the bunkhouse or a cabin with guests of the same gender.Â

Our deluxe yurt-like bell tent is the glamping experience must-have! With approximately 300 square feet of space, it features 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Also has a twin size futon chair/sleeper. Featuring a high-quality tempurpedic style mattresses with luxurious bamboo sheets- your comfort is our priority.

Moon Dancer Vintage Trailer
Experience sleep like never before in our Moon Dancer vintage trailer that features a queen-size tempurpedic style mattress, luxury bamboo sheets, super soft blankets and dreamlike pillows to ensure a full night’s rest. Moon Dancer features a small fridge with a bar area and 2 stools. Unwind for the night, as you sip your favorite drink, and enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature on your private patio area as well as hammock lounge area. A full-size futon couch is also a plus!

A small fridge with two barstools are available during your stay for a yummy nightcap. Shared Accommodation
The shared accommodation will be in either the bunkhouse that sleeps up to 8 or a cabin that sleeps up to 4. Although the retreat is co-ed, sleeping arrangements are not. Your shared accommodation will be either male or female and assigned upon arrival.
