The Mindful Warrior was born out of a desire to serve our military community with tools that can help reduce stress & anxiety, relieve symptoms of PTSD, and improve overall well-being. Hi! We’re Jason and Kim, a military couple that’s devoted to sharing mindfulness-based practices specifically designed for members of our military community. Jason has served in the military for 20 years as both a firefighter and a First Sergeant. Kim is a certified trauma informed yoga instructor, retreat leader, and yoga teacher trainer with Mind & Body Complete. Together, their mission is to help our service men and women create a routine and mindset that feels authentic, purposeful and practical through yoga, mindfulness, and specialized wellness practices. Our online course is a self-paced program that will give you the basic fundamentals of a wellness practice that you can begin incorporating into your daily life right away.
